Franniepoppins will NEVER sell your personal information. This information includes name, age, date of birth, address, phone number, screen name, email address and personal travel preferences submitted to Franniepoppins via an online quote request, email or by phone conversation.
Franniepoppins does not and will not share your personal information with any outside company, organization or website except with those travel suppliers whose services we, as your travel agent, use to arrange for your vacation.
While we make every effort to protect your personal information, including the use of a secure server, the information transmitted through the site and through the Internet in general may be intercepted. Therefore, Franniepoppins cannot absolutely guarantee the privacy of any user.
Once you are ready to book your vacation, your personal information and travel preferences are submitted to our travel suppliers.
The travel suppliers we work with are highly reputable and include, but are not limited to, the Walt Disney Travel Company, Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland Resort, and Adventures by Disney. However, we are not responsible or liable if the travel suppliers with whom we share this information later use it to solicit business from you. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM. CALL THE TRAVEL SERVICE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
Franniepoppins (herein “Travel Service”) is acting as a mere agent for SUPPLIERS in arranging for the booking of, and management of reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Service (such as hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Travel Service, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers’ companions or group members.
Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Travel Service does not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects.
Travel Service shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel services control.
Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the Travel Service from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
However, we specifically recommend that U. S. Citizens traveling to Europe, Mexico or the Caribbean, do so with a valid U. S. Passport. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U. S. State Department, (202) 647-5225, or access the State-Department’s on-line travel advisory service (www.state.gov/travel information/travel warnings). For medical information, call the U. S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), (404) 332-4559 or log on to www.cdc.gov./travel.
By embarking upon travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through the Travel Service regarding travel insurance.
Traveler’s use of this site for the purpose of making travel arrangements, and retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
Jurisdiction and Miscellaneous
This Agreement is entered into in the State of Massachusetts and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, exclusive of its choice of law rules. Each party to this Agreement submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the County of Hampden, in the State of Massachusetts, and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
In any action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorney’s fee.
This agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between Franniepoppins its affiliates, successors and assigns, and you the user of the site, for your use and enjoyment of this site, and supersedes any other written or oral agreement.
In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Franniepoppins failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Upon notice published on-line the Company may modify these terms and conditions, amplify them, and/or modify the information found herein, as well as discontinue, change or replace services offered.
